Cheryl is a personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve and maintain their health and fitness goals, with fun personalised exercise programs unique to each client, because everybody is different.

PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

Personal Training in the comfort of your own home, or in the great outdoors! Don’t have any exercise equipment? No problem… Cheryl has a variety of top-quality portable exercise equipment to bring to your home for use during your session. If you do have exercise equipment at home, then we can make use of that within your programme, and make sure you are using it safely & effectively!

You choose how many sessions you want to complete with your trainer per week. You will also receive an exercise programme for any additional exercise you may need to do outside of those sessions, so you have everything you need to help you reach your fitness goals.
